Welcome to Q Drum Co.

Riley Breckenridge

Thrice, Less Art

“"I bought a Gentlemen’s Copper snare at the end of 2015 in preparation for recording Thrice’s To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere, and was absolutely floored by how amazing a drum it is — hands down my favorite snare I’ve ever owned. Fast-forward to the recording of TBEITBN, and we had a Q galvanized steel kit set up as an option for tracking. I was a bit reticent because I’d never played on or used a kit with metal shells, ever. We set it up and threw mics on it, and my jaw dropped. I was sold from that moment on. We used that kit on more than half of the record, I ordered a kit of my own immediately, and I’ve never regretted it for a second. These drums make playing drums exciting. They’re alive, and responsive, and reliable, and that they’re made by a great group of people who operate a local business, is right up my alley. I couldn’t be happier"”
